A New Look As you can see A Place Called Home has a new look!! I want to send many thank you's, big hugs and kisses to my sweet baby girl, Miss Bonnie, for giving her Mama this new blog home:) What a great gal!!
Oh, Susan, the new look is so nice. Your Miss Bonnie did a fantastic job!! I love it! Oh, and I do so enjoy finally seeing a picture of you, too! Your smiling face is just radiant!
Ladies, thank you so much for all of your kind words. We are still in the process of doing some "tweaking" here and there. I will definitely pass on your compliments to Miss Bonnie, she deserves all the credit. I'm one lucky Mama:)
Susan, I love the new look of your blog!! Bonnie is very talented! :) The fall leaf accents are so cute! Thank you so much for sharing such a pretty picture of yourself too!
I just got back from my trip to KY and I really like your new look...I see you are feeling the fall spirit like me...I'm thinking on making some Gumbo to serve over rice but it is not a crock pot recipe...the best one I have done lately is Diane's recipe for Crock pot Chicken and dressing you can find that recipe at.... http://dianesrecipeblog.blogspot.com/2006/06/new-recipes-june-30-2006.html
I am so happy you stopped by for a visit! I invite you to join me on my journey as I begin my new life as an empty nester. I feel so blessed because I will be taking this journey alongside my dear husband of 30 years, Mr. P. I am a Mama to two wonderful grown children, and a Nana to the sweetest boy in the world! Homemaking is truly my passion. I love nothing more than to "putter" around my home, trying to find ways to make it a more cozy and comfortable place to be for my family and friends. I am happiest when I have a glue gun in my hand, a pot to stir, bread to bake, flowers to arrange, sheets to hang, candles to light, and smiles to give! Life is indeed good.
