Happenings at the Home Place!

Y'all, please rejoice with me! My baby sister (18 years younger than me) called last night to let me know she is expecting her second child. Y'all know how much I love being an aunt! God is sooo good!

I am going to try something new starting next week. I have been doing Wednesday Welcome (rooms in my home) and also Friday Favorites. I was trying to think of something else to do and I thought it might be fun to have a day to devote to a craft. This is what I have come up with. Starting Tuesday I will have "To Do, Ta Da Tuesday!" I know, I'm out of control! LOL I will try to bring a craft idea that is both easy AND inexpensive that you can do at home in a short amount of time using very little money. I have four planned so far, we'll see after that.

Okay ladies, I feel a "giveway" coming on! We all had so much fun with the last one I thought it would be fun to do again. Most of us have been having a very, very, very HOT summer so I thought it would be nice to give something away that has to do with FALL! I will be announcing the particulars around the first week of August. Be thinking of one way you like to incorporate the fall season in your decorating at home. We will be doing the name in the hat drawing again. I thought this would be a good way for all of us to get some new ideas and also maybe if we "think" Fall we might feel a little cooler! Wink ; )
Blessings,
Susan P.

I apologize if you saw this post yesterday and commented. Blogger was "acting up" again!

Ladies,I'm so glad you are excited about the craft ideas. Y'all know I AM NOT in anyway, shape or form a Martha Stewart type, I just love creating simple, basic, inexpensive crafts. I hope y'all aren't disappointed.

Sandra, I'm so glad you came for a visit! The welcome mat is always out for you!
