Worth The Wait

For the last few months I have been scouring all the sale papers for one of these:

Well, I'm happy to say that my patience has paid off! I found this beauty today at a wonderful price.(Insert smile) Now I can do this:


I'm already seeing shiny red balls in it for Christmas!

The first thing I thought when I saw the picture was that it would be beautiful filled with shiny Christmas balls. Of course, it's perfect for the pumpkins and gourds, too. I love it! :)

Isn't it wonderful when you find just what you are looking for? That happens to me a lot at yard sales and thrift stores.

Congrats!

Also, do have any advice for getting out of the doldrums...I'm feeling really blah about getting my chores done. Do you know anything that jumps starts the homemaking routine for you?

That is adorable. I just received a jar like that as a gift and was trying to figure out what I wanted to put in it. You have given me a great idea. And I love the fact of the idea of changing it with the season.

This is SO pretty!! But I can't think "red Christmas balls". No sirree. All I can think is LOTS AND LOTS OF HERSHEY'S KISSES!!!! Mmmmmmm!! Looks like TWO bags would fit in there! LOL!!!
