And I'm not talking about Mr. P, that's a given;o) After 26 years of marriage and countless vacuum cleaners I have finally found the vacuum of my dreams!! I told Mr. P I was so happy I could cry! Forget the diamonds, I'll take my Oreck any day!
Let's pause a minute and say a big "Amen" for the inventor:o) Who knew vacuuming could be so much fun?

Ha ha - you're so silly, Susan! Bobby's grandpa feels the SAME way about HIS vacuum (Oreck)!!!! They found it at a garage sale and he was singing the praises of it last time I was over there visiting :) It was pretty cute!

I have an Orek and I LOVE it! My only complaint is that it's not good at edge cleaning. Love how light weight it is. (o:

Yes, yes, I sing the praises of my Oreck vacuum also. Mine was a special promotion, so it's PINK, girly pink. Love it! I've always loved bagged vacuums, rather than bagless and they are very hard to find these days, so that is why I chose an Oreck. I've had mine for over 2 years now and still feel happy every time I plug it in :o) Marie
The cord wore through on my Oreck and we replaced the whole machine with something else, but now I'd rather get the cord repaired on the Oreck. There's a lot to be said for a vacuum that light and easy to handle. Glad you're enjoying yours.
