Chicken Divan
This is a wonderful dish to serve to either family or guests. All you need is a green salad and some fresh hot bread and you have a yummy meal.*One thing I especially love about this recipe is that you can make it ahead in the morning and then refrigerate until you are ready to bake for your evening meal! If you have a small family you could easily half this recipe.

2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli or a bunch of fresh
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken (I always use plenty)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese (use more or less according to your taste)
1 Tb. melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Cook broccoli, drain and arrange in greased baking dish. Place chicken on top. Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and oregano in separate bowl and then place on top of chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix together bread crumbs and melted butter and then sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. in a greased 9x12 pan.
