Blessings With A Brush

What a joy it is to find somebody that has truly been blessed with an extraordinary gift. That somebody I speak of just happens to be someone very close to our family ~ my daughter-in-love's mother, Janet! I remember the first time I went to Ashley's apartment and I saw her Mama's paintings on the wall. The paintings were so real and life like that I thought they were actually photographs. I am not kidding y'all when I tell you how gifted she is. I'm already excited for when we start having grand babies because I know she will be able to do beautiful portraits of them;o)

My daughter-in-love Ashley has just designed a website for her Mom. The website displays some of her Mom's beautiful artwork. If you have the time I would appreciate it so much if you would go and pay Janet a visit. Remember now, everything you see is painting , not a photograph~ I think you will be amazed. Can y'all remember back to the wedding and the favors that I made? They were the hand painted pots that were filled with yellow and purple pansies. For Christmas Janet gave the kids a painting she did of those pots. I thought that was such a special and touching thing to do. You will be able to see that painting on her site, too! On her "Contact Me" page at the bottom right she has a guest book~ if you have time it would be great if you could say "hi" and tell her what you think! THANKS!!
