50th Anniversary Celebration
I have just returned from a whirlwind trip to Kentucky! We traveled over 1,100 miles in less than 44 hours! Whew.......... Reason: My Mom and Dad were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and my sisters and I threw them a surprise party! The absolute joy and delight on their faces was worth every mile we traveled. What a blessing to be able to celebrate with family and friends a most special occasion!

We set the tables in a festive fall theme. The food was Italian . . . YUM;o)

I always love to hear about anniversaries. Especially in this day and age where all I seem to hear about are divorces and divorce rates. I love wedding anniversaries. 50 years!! How special!!!

What a blessed heritage you have, and how blessed your parents are to have children who want to honor them!

I love 50th Wedding Anniversaries! I'm afraid there will be fewer and fewer 50th anniversaries in years to come. Sad.

Thank you for visiting my blog! I hope you will return!

Congratulations to your parents! I hope your mom is doing well. Were they able to come to the wedding recently? The table setting looks very pretty.
