Happiness Is . . .

A cozy fire to keep us toasty warm since winter has finally arrived in our state!

The heavenly scent of a chocolate truffle candle as it fragrances the air.

Pretty roses gracing our dining room table in the middle of winter.

Miss Martha's new baking cookbook to peruse!

Chocolate Marble Pound Cake to delight our tummies for dessert! Uh, oh! I think I'm detecting a "theme" here~ hmm, can we say "chocolate cravings?!!" LOL

I had chocolate cravings last night so I was quite happy to find a block of chocolate still in my pantry from Christmas.

I made the brownies and then put half a package of chocolate mint pieces on them while hot, they melted on the brownies and formed a wonderful "fudgey icing". Yum...

Of course, I was up all night with my blood sugar too high!

Thanks for sharing! Now I'm off to find something to satisfy my chocolate craving that's been stirred up!
