Wednesday Welcome
Fall Corner

Some harvest scented potpourri, a mini pumpkin placed atop a candlestick, and the amber glow of a autumn candle all say "welcome in!"

If you are having fall get-togethers here is the perfect appetizer to serve. I have used this many times and my guests always love it!

Pumpkin Dip

1 8 0z package cream cheese

2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 15 oz. can pumpkin

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in pumpkin. Stir in the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and orange juice until smooth and well blended. Chill until serving. I like to make this the day before because I think it tastes so much better completely chilled. Serve in a hollowed out pumpkin or dip bowl of your choice. Place Ginger snaps, apple slices, and even cinnamon Teddy Grahams around the dip! Delicious, festive looking, and easy;)

OOooooohhh YUM!!! That dip sounds scrumpdillyicious (or however you spell that!!)!!! Being a huge teddy bear fan, however, I simply cannot bring myself to eat those cute little teddy grahams. I'll have to resign myself to my beloved gingersnaps. LOVE THOSE!!!!

Your blog is so beautiful, I just love visiting here! I feel so at home. :)
